DeToX DaY 3

Its the 3rd day of my detox..
I had difficulty getting out of bed today.. was very very tired and had no energy...

i have grown to detest the taste of the drink. I only drank less than 1 litre yesterday.. today is worse.. up till now.. i have only drunk 250ml.. feel a little light headed..
tink i am not consuming enough of the drink.. but i hate it!.. so i took some fruits during lunch hehe... for once apple tastes damn good!.. tink after this i will learn to appreciate food more... will try not to waste food hehe..

i am sharing this detox package with my colleague and something great just happened...
THERE IS NO MORE SYRUP!!! hahahahaha... yay so that means i have to stop the detox today..

My accomplishments:

- 3 whole days without food

- Managed to resist temptations and sit on the same table as other people eat

- LS for 8 times in total...
not alot cos today i was booking air ticket to Langkawi and it went back in hehehe..
my air ticket damn cheap!!! only $12 a person.. Woohooo! going to Langkawi in Jan
hahaha must wait very long...

although i dun tink the detox did much for me but it was a good experience and i doubt i will be doing this ever again!..it really is damn painful and needs lots of will power!

DeToX DaY 2

Today i woke up damn tired.. no energy.. prob cos i had no food for 24 hours already... dragged myself to work..

The more i drank the worse it tasted. Shit i could not even finish a litre today...

Some of my colleagues had salsd only to spur us on.. but some of them da bao chicken rice and i could smell it from my seat! hungry can..

day 2 is almost over.. i need to sleep early so i wont be hungry..
Oh ya and headache has been on for 2 days.. according to the book, its normal.

DeToX DaY 1

Today was the start of my detox diet.. so i am only gonna have lemon juice plus maple syrup and a little pepper.. its e Lemon Detox diet that many celebrities did.. sy did it 2 weeks ago and now its my turn.. i bought it from her colleague cos she changed her mind about not eating for a few days..

After my salt water flush in the morning... i went to the toilet 3 times.. first was totally solids, the other 2 were a mixture.. shiok haha..

The drink is not fantastic.. actually its not very nice.. but i will try to tahan!

Had dinner with Shuan mei mei and Adrian at Macs and i just sat there and watch them eat.. damn painful can!...

3 more days to go.. i hope i can tahan

Finally a happy post...

Over the weekend we watched Much Ado about Nothing at Fort Canning Park.. it was a picnic play.. The gates opened at 630 but when we got there at about 6 the queue was already very long.. When the gates opened, everyone rushed in to get a good picnic spot.. many of the people who came were not local. at our picnic spot we were surrounded by foreigners...

After the play, they all decided to go Sentosa for a drink.. which is damn weird.. cos they always discouraged me from going there.. but maybe cos it was nite and there was no more sun..

They had to take a photo when we reached cos they have not been there for ages and i doubt they will go there again in a long long time.

we ended up at coastes for a drink..

this was sy's first mouthful of solid food after the past 7 days of lemon drink

Shaun ask me to for a walk after that.. and so i did.. we walked damn far.. all e way to siloso beach.. Shaun insisted we walk there.. he was acting weird and awkward... He gave me something and asked me something.. GUESS?

anyway back at Coaste, sweet boy was very hot as he ran to his car to get something ..

my only hope now is for him to pick up the pieces and move on..

The weather has been mad lately. Thunderstorms and thunderstorms every other day.. i like the cooling weather of cos but Olie is afraid of lightning and thunder.. he does some really really funny stunts when that happens and finally one day i was home and got ready my camera to take him in action....

damn cute la.. even though u cant see his face cos he is black and i was laughing at him so my hands were a little shaky..

Ruffles is not afraid so i did not take any pic of him...

Maybe when Lucas is older he can ride on Olie!

PoOr ShAuN..

Shaun has been on mc for the past 1 month.. after his op, the doc inserted a nail into his finger to stabilise the bones in his finger. We thought the nail will remain inside his finger forever!

But no.. after e doctor removed the bandage, we realise the nail is sticking out of his finger.. yes it is damn scary and disgusting... i took a pic of it so be prepared.. this is not for the faint heart...

So apparently the nail is supposed to be removed and not be stuck in him.. make a guess on how the doctor removed it?
Yeap.. the doctor just pulled it out of his finger.. i have never heard of any treatment like this before.. if i were him i would be damn bloody scared... Plus the nail was freaking long! ok maybe not freaking long but it was at least about 3cm long!

Poor Shaun... he is still on mc. hope he can return to work soon...

Shaun's finger got crushed at work 3 weeks ago..

i sprained my ankle yesterday...

was the shifu rite? are we really very down on our luck?
