Yes that's my car.. and no i did not cause the accident.. I can drive very well thank you.

Some people should not be allowed on the roads especially those young, experienced drivers that speed just to impress their friends.. they end up being a road hazard not only to themselves but to innocent parties like myself

My car has saved my life and it is now in hospital.
I cannot describe the trauma i had gone through and how much inconveniences and extra costs this has brought me.. and most of all how angry i am at that kid for bestowing all these onto me..

But 1 thing is for sure.. I am so lucky to be alive...

WeEkEnD In BaTaM

We bought a voucher for $168 from www.deal.com.sg and it includes 2 ferry tickets, land transfers, 1 night stay at Nongsa Marina point in a sea view room and breakfast for 2.
It was a very good deal! The normal rates for the rooms we stayed in are $340++ without ferry!..

This was the only date before 31 Jan that we could all make it and poor Shihao gotta work the night before. So we picked him from the airport at 930am in the morning and headed straight to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.

Shihao was sleeping while we took photos during the ferry ride..
It only took us less than 30 mins to reach Batam

We arrived there at 11am and were immediately allowed to check in!

Since Shihao did not sleep the whole night we asked him to go take a rest first..
the 3 of us had nothing else better to do but to play 3 player mj haha
rented the table, chairs and tiles from the resort - $25 for 24 hours

A&W!! A must when we visit countries that still had it

I wish they will bring A&W back to Singapore

We shopped and went for spa. The 4 of us did body massage, body scrub and body mask each and the boys added on a foot reflexology and the girls wash and blow our hair. All that costs us a million rupiah = $140 in total!.. We will definitely be back again!

So finally the time has come, as much as i do not want to, i don't really have a choice.

While packing, my dad found the brochure to the project - The Houses of Prosperous Garden. Looking at the price then and now, it rose more than 100 times. but then again it cannot be compared based on the numbers.

I am going to miss this place so much..
